What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and mobile number.

Delivery details: the addresses you save for shipping.

Uploaded models: the 3D files you submit for quoting, and the geometry we measure from them.

Order and payment records: what you ordered and the payment reference. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateway and never reach our servers.

How we use it

To quote, manufacture and deliver your order, to provide support, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not publish, share or resell your uploaded geometry.

Who we share it with

Our payment gateway (Razorpay) to take payment, and our courier partners to deliver your parts. Both receive only what they need.

How long we keep it

Uploaded files that are never ordered are deleted automatically after 30 days. Order records are retained as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes.
