Dispatch

Production time is quoted per order and begins when payment clears, not when the order is placed. Finishing options and some materials add days; the quote shows the total before you pay.

Delivery

We ship across India through reputable courier partners. Delivery estimates are shown for your state at checkout and are counted from dispatch, not from the order date.

A tracking link is added to your order page as soon as the parcel is handed over.

Charges

Shipping is calculated from the destination state and the billable weight of the consignment. Orders above the published threshold ship free.

Damage in transit

Report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the parts, and we will arrange a replacement.
