Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel for a full refund at any point before your parts enter production. Once production has started a cancellation may be partial or unavailable, because material and machine time have already been committed.

If something is wrong

If a part is defective, does not match the file you supplied, or does not meet the published tolerances for the process, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will remake it at no charge, or refund it.

Custom-manufactured parts that are correct to your file are not returnable simply because they are no longer wanted.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks typically credit them within 5 to 10 business days.
