Quotations

Prices are generated automatically from the geometry you upload and the options you choose. A quotation is valid for the period shown on it and may be re-priced after that.

We may decline or cancel an order where a model cannot be manufactured safely or to an acceptable standard, or where a quotation was produced from a corrupt or misrepresented file. In that case any amount already paid is refunded in full.

Your files and your rights

You confirm that you own the rights to every model you upload, or are otherwise permitted to have it manufactured.

You must not upload models of prohibited items, including firearms and their components, or anything unlawful to manufacture or possess in India.

Tolerances

Additive manufacturing is a dimensional process with inherent variation. Unless separately agreed in writing, parts are supplied to the general tolerances published for the chosen process. Cosmetic features such as layer lines and support witness marks are normal.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Parts are supplied for the use you determine. You are responsible for validating fitness for your application, particularly for load-bearing, medical or safety-critical use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kottayam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction. The contracting entity is Adarsh S (FABIT), Mailpankal House, Uzhavoor P.O, Kottayam, Kerala 686634.
